    Conduit with ethernet to a separate router is the best option. Otherwise a mesh network with a pod as close to the shop as possible inside the house and then another pod in the garage. Depends where the modem is in the house to begin with. Or run aerial ethernet from house hydro stack to garage. If both on same power you can use powerline adapters. If there's separate panel in garage, you can't.

    They're the same. Toyota likes to confuse things for no reason

    Just make sure they have cut outs for turn signals, some don't.

    @Norilsk
    Toyota says "with signal lamp" and "without signal lamp". They are the same price too.
    Is this what differentiates between the cutout and non cutout ones?
    If so, which one has the cutouts??

    If you are going through the effort of digging a trench than put in some extra conduits of different sizes for any possible future needs. Easier to do it all at once than have to dig it back up again.

    Conduit, that's to fancy. Get some direct burial rated cable, not that much more than that cat6.

    If you are just running Ethernet, no grounding is required. As dictated by the standard, the cable part of the system is floating and not referenced to ground and is transformer isolated at each end

    Can't wait for these to show up! I think we have 6 on the way!

    You would probably be surprised how little we make on these after shipping, duties etc. But we really like them, so ordered as many as would fit on a pallet to keep the price down a bit more!
