locker mod question

    just helped a buddy do the locker mod....wire to switch to ground. tried it out and VSC went off right away.....then we realized that he didnt have the rear locker on his 09, 2.7 single cab, 4x4. tried it out and it seems like the front brakes are grabbing when the back gets loose. Is this the TRAC mode? Can you get rid of that too.........thought the locker mod would turn all of this off????:rolleyes:............help:)

    anyone, anyone? Read on TN that there is a mod to turn off abs, vsc, and trac by grounding out another wire???? any suggestions..............Bueller,Bueller...............:)

    Sorry I dont know much about the 2nd gens:(, I have a 1st gen and thought you tried to do the grey wire mod.

    Thanks, but I think it has something to do with the abs.........no locker on his model and we got the vsc to turn off with the gray wire mod......going to try the vsc, abs, trac mod that grounds the blue/yellow on the 4wd ecu and see what happens............:rolleyes:

    I have an 09' TRD with rear locker, but cant see where to grab that wire and ground it. Anyway, could you send a picture with a detailed description?
