I have lots of family in the best coast,,, depends on locations now. I know Malibu is a no no now but there's houses and vegetation right there but also lots of cliffs. Don't want to be there when the tide comes in!

Now my wife bought me this pink beer from Brew Practioners in East Longmeadow. You can laugh all you want. It’s beer an Pink lemonade mixed. Let’s just say they go down way to fast. but dam refreshing

Hey I posted in the NE BS thread, I have a RED

$18 baofeng UV5R BAOFENG UV-5R VHF/UHF dual band radio 144-148mhz 420-450mhz transceiver

baofeng UV5R radio I’m looking to swap for a black one. Red one has a faceplate that gets caught on my radio vest (I’m COOL), black doesn’t. Otherwise they’re the same. If anyone wants to bite, let me know. I can program this to whatever you want before the swap - GMRS, MURS, weather, repeaters, etc.

Noted - they’re 25 bucks or so, so I might end up doing that. Going with a dash mount so I don’t need the 8W shenanigans. This’ll be for HT use.

If you can let me know where you’re getting 4 baofengs for 4 bucks a piece I will absolutely buy a ton. They’re typically on Amazon for about 25$ a piece.

Dash mount, I’d be using this for actual Ham stuff, and a HT for spotting/etc in the woods still.

Just want to get rid of the faceplate. I’ll let you know, I can program it to GMRS for you before I hand it off.

P.S. that offer stands for anyone with a baofeng, I can program on my computer. CHIRP isn’t too bad!
