I've got a Mazda Tribute that would work, except RCI doesn't make skids and sliders for it. Also I don't think the wife would agree.

Why is that? is there a story?

Anyways the lady and I booked camping there Friday and Saturday night. It was a very impromptu idea think it's suppose to be nice Saturday.

There's a few sites left if anyone wants to join. Going to check out the wheeling trails on Saturday you can reserve a trail pass under my site if you just want to come up for the day.

It must be open to the public now? Last I checked, it was only open to full size if you were a RL4WD member. I'd like to check it out if that's not the case anymore.

This weekend probably doesn't work, though. If anything, I might be able to come for a bit on Saturday.

Hmmm, Now I see there was mention of RL4WD for a trail day pass. Also states no full size (tacomas and 4 runners not considered full size). I'll call and see if I can get some answers.

It sure doesn't say anything about being a RL4WD member an any of the trial info pages...

I looked at it, and ot appears they dropped that policy. Good deal! I'll have to check it out sometime.

the nice thing about tigerton is they have different levels of trails, so depending on what you want to conquer you can choose the trail

Do they let you explore alone? Are there winch points?

Yes, you can go alone, but they recommend a buddy vehicle if you need recovery. I watched a few videos on Youtube and looks pretty wooded, so lots of anchor points. I'm making assumptions @Ovrlnd Taco will have the real insite.

@Thatbassguy I talked to Tigerton park, no membership needed. If you or anyone wanted to come Saturday it's $30 for the day trail pass. If you camp there the trail pass is $25.

I didn't do anything too difficult, did dent up my side steps on some rocks though. But there is lots of trees everywhere should you need some recovery.

Oh there will be some mods all right
I saw a newer raptor today billowing blue smoke out the tailpipe. That sure would be upsetting to buy such an expensive performance vehicle and have that happen...

Likely burning oil, seems odd for a newer vehicle.

Attention fellow driveway/garage mechanics, I'll be replacing the serpentine belt on my Tacoma soon (squealing when accelerating). Any preferred brands?

Yeah, makes me wonder if it was a turbo seal issue, or rings, or what. Not sure just how new it was but it looked fairly new like 3 years old or less.
