Man, if you all are looking for space and cheap land….. two words, Western Kansas. All that’s out there is space and land. You don’t even have to worry about hills or many trees blocking your view.

Same reason we didn’t move to WY. Nothing but WIND year around. Comes in two flavors (neither conducive to riding or flying) 55mph or 65mph.

Does Kansas even have a tree?

It has a few…. In the eastern part and in river valleys.

honestly, western Kansas has its own kind of beauty, but there are hundreds of small farm towns just drying up and blowing away. There is also no hospitals, no airports, and little industry other than farming. Too many huge corporate farm now.

The huge wind farms are pretty though…

It’s on the border, it’s a shared tree.

So went to the ktm dealer. They had the 890r but was still in the crate. So I sat on the 1290 to get a feel for it. Already like it 10x better than the mt09. Granted the 1290 is a bit wider than the 890r but atleast it gave me a feel for it. The dealer told me once they uncrate it they will give me a call. I put a deposit down on the bike. But here's a pic of the 1290r

Same here. Been waiting a long time to throw my leg over a new bike. Just waiting on this damn tax check to come in for my down payment. Definitely hoping for it before my bday but who knows

only because Euro ADV's were brought up, and because my favorite brand doesn't market for shit...

Moto Guzzi has long been a big law enforcement brand (outsold Harley in the US in the early 70's) they came up with a limited edition that uses an Italian Polizia color scheme. I know two Guzzi dealers....every single bike has sold before uncrating that has come to the US. I see it as pretty unique, but then I am NOT that up to speed on the latest bikes (my 3 are 22/37/43 years old)

    What do you think?

Have always loved the looks of a Guzzi. Just cool behind cool looking for sure! Love that they’re not super mainstream as well.

As much as I have no problem calling out the shortcomings of HD any day of the week and twice on Sunday I will admit when I think of a bagger there’s only one bagger that comes to mind. If LOOKS were the only criteria I think the Road Glide ST absolutely kills any competition in best looking bagger.

Too bad looks aren’t the only criteria for a bike (for me anyway) though haha.

If only we could own 100+ bikes at a time!

That tank reminds me of the 2017+ Honda CB1100. Last air cooled Honda. Retro goodness

this bike has only been around 3 years but they have a dozen color schemes for it. It's been selling well for them
