    I have. It’s not going to blow your socks off but it’s good for a short afternoon trip. The biggest things I didn’t like about it:
    - About half the park is dedicated to quads and bikes, you won’t fit your truck in there.
    - There was a lot of beginner rock crawler type stuff, and then huge rock obstacles, nothing in the intermediate range where a moderately built Tacoma would be comfortable.
    - Relatively small compared to other parks with no clearly marked longer endurance type trails.

    Don’t get me wrong, I still had fun but by comparison I like Holly Oaks ORV and Rocks and Valleys ORV better. The best thing about The Mounds is that it’s open all year round so if you stop by in the middle of the week you pretty much have your run of the place, unlike the formerly mention parks.

    I was thinking the mounds as it doesn't look like Holly Oaks is open during the week. The Rocks and Valleys is a bit of a stretch for a day trip...but could make it an overnighter...but it looks sketchy being open during the week as well. I like staying away from crossing the border on weekends ...way to busy. Im hoping they put the ferry back in between Sombra and Marine City...thats slick!

    In that case I think the Mounds is right up your alley. Will probably be low attendance that day and easy in/out and back on your way. I also agree that Stones and Valley is a bit out of the way and probably not in the cards for this trip :thumbsup:
