    That's the sound my current set of gears made.

    Surprisingly, this isn't actually that much more expensive than my stock ratio. Even doing BOTH the front and rear compared to just the rear replacement stock ratio.

    Even though I may have mis-diagnosed my rear diff issues, I want to make something clear:

    I did not misdiagnose my desire for gears, a traction device, and tires. Things are already in motion. No turning back.

    I'm doing functional stuff that doesn't add too much weight first. I'm still hoping to get a beater rig.

    Plus, why would I spend $1200+ on any piece of armor when I'd need a regear to move it all around? I'll end up spending less on my regear and tires than some people spend on bumpers.

    Get on copart and grab a beat to hell 2nd gen and then if you already have any bolt on stuff, you can just swap it over to the rig.

    If I'm being honest, I don't want an IFS rig for a trail beater. I need something that is SFA already so that I can just upgrade what's there first rather than doing a SFA swap to start.






    Which probably means it'll be a Jeep...
