This gives me a little bit of a queasy feeling. OEM u-bolts call for 37 lb ft of torque, right? My last U-boat grade 5 called for (from what I remember) 65 lb ft or so. Aaaaand they were such a pita to remove.
Now, according to the sticker from Deaver leaves, my new 9/16" u-bolts want 94-116 lb ft . Hope that won't crush an axle tube!! Lol

I thought that was a typo in the FSM and it was actually supposed to be 73 lb ft OEM?

Instructions? Who reads those, amirite?!

Definitely missed that part :anonymous:, but it is close to Deaver's chart

I knew the FSM was wrong. I think I've always torqued my ubolts to 93?

I think im going to try to reuse mine this time. When i get closer to installing them, I'll actually measure and hopefully ill have enough thread. I found an old picture that showed i bought wheelers ubolts.

I know my Superbumps have fell off one time before, so thats the reasoning for a possible brand switch.

I was really tempted to scoop those king bumps on the marketplace. But i dont use my truck like they need to be used. The bling is nice though.

But then again Im about to put front bypasses on mid travel, then drive to work 90% of the time  this build is all over the place. I don't even drive fast

Overbuilt might be an understatement haha. I appreciate the follow. Ask me any questions. Ive had alot of different setups, so hopefully i can inspire something.

I think i get 15. Im not super concerned with mileage. Its been pretty consistent, around 260-275 miles per tank - including the conversion from the 35s. I think I calculated it around 13%? Im not sure

My number is without correcting for tire size, but like you I’m not terribly concerned with mileage, my truck looks cool and that’s what matters

@ARCHIVE is it possible to purchase your bump stops, but without the ubolts and plate? I have those already. Im just looking to replace my rear bump stops.

out of all the options, yours and Accutune were my top 2. And over the years, i haven't gotten great responses from Accutune.. plus i also like supporting an east coast company.

Yeah we can sell the bumpstops and mounting separately, please message which option you want. And we appreciate the support from east cost enthusiasts, plus its an uphill battle against people who imagine an east coast company can't design the best performing gear for their truck
