I appreciate your comment and excellent eye. I was an automotive painter many moons ago, so a proper prep and quality products were always number one with me..

Replaced the cabin air filter. It was just a little dirty.

Same here my friend… I’m still finding adhesive in places from the white plastic wrap from shipping every time I wash it. I’ve been debating giving the whole truck a Buff out with some 3m swirl mark remover followed by some final glaze. When I first got the truck I could tell the clear was still pretty soft, but it’s been 7 months now, so it should be fine. Just hoping the factory Toyota clear is similar to some 3m 2042 that’ll buff like butter.

Why the swap? I can’t really see a difference between the Gen 5 and f5. You notice any more rubbing moving to a bigger offset?

Any quality issues? I’ve heard their CS is horrible.

Got around to installing my aux power tray and components, then wired the ditch lights to it for its first task.

I know exactly what you’re talking about with that adhesive. I bought a 2013 F150 new and was never able to get that adhesive off the wheel caps. I gave up after many attempts with different products… never had it anywhere but the wheels though. I would be pissed if it was on the paint.

id buy a pro but is there really any big difference between a Pro and a TRD Off-road? with all the modifications we do, we make them better than most trucks on the road today.

Not the OP but hopefully can help as I installed mine last night too:

You can purchase them from ME-SO Customs here: https://mesocustoms.com/collections...1&_sid=b5141ab62&_ss=r&variant=21589777154161

They're still apparently in stock which is cool because it's been a while since they've been in stock.

Your mileage may vary but it took me a bit longer than expected at somewhere around 2.5 hours. I don't dig into the innards of my truck often so it was some new territory for me. Instructions on how to install are here: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0039/2314/8913/files/Meso_Puddle_Pods_-_Install_Guide_1.pdf?720

By default they are in sync with the interior lights as far as auto turning on when you approach the vehicle provided you have that setup in your truck (my truck "wakes up" when the key fob is in range by the door & when I grab the handle for keyless entry). There are options to split to a switch you can install in the dash, I'm not familiar with all those options yet myself.

Adding the switch is the way to go

Iam very interested on how to add the 12v outlet in the box of my SR5. Could you provide me the instructions and materials on how it is installed?

Lol yeah, it’s a flap at the back of the glovebox. And OEM are like $15, but I don’t see why you couldn’t get an offbrand with the same dimensions
