Quoting myself. At 20mpg with gas at $4.50, that's 111k miles of gasoline.

An extended range lightning has a 131 kwh battery with a 300mile range, making your energy usage approximately .45 kwh/mile. PPL's current rate is $00.12366 per kwh, making the Lightning cost $00.055 per mile driven (assuming 100% charge efficiency).

So assuming 10k miles a year which is probably close to averageish?

Tundy = 500 gallons of gas = $2250
Lightning = $556

Tundy 10 year total cost purchase + gas = 50,000+22500 = 72500
Lightning 10 year total purchase + power = 75000 + 5560 = 80560

Afternoon pa peeps. Had yesterday off because of the weather. But then got a phone call from the boss asking me to work for him. I turned it down. They screwed up my pay check and after doing some math I was shorted 42.65 hours yea that's a massive screw up. I have to have a convo with the boss on Monday and tell them they have to cut me another check. I will not allow them to put that on to my next pay check. So it's gonna have to be personal check. Or I'm going to the labor board.

Couldn't find the front mounting brackets so I contacted Decked and bought new ones, just got them in today so whoever is interested in the Decked system I'm asking $1k. Sorry, can't go lower wife says bills need paid. Located in Pittsburgh can meet within reason.

I’d rather support a TW vendor then a random store somewhere. I’ve half assed searched but only finding members selling their arb stuff. Not actual dealers.
