My first guess was 1948 but looks like 1947 dodge...heres one much better condition.

Dude just pulled in and got out on his phone yelling and waving his arms. Came in and got what he needed and left. He apparently just hit something, air bag was out in steering wheel and dash and the right front tire was flat, left side won’t be long

Owner will be sued but dealership will pay if owner found guilty.... Attorney's will push the envelope on these type of cases...

 

The attorney also said the dealership cannot be sued because of a legal standard preventing an employee from suing their boss for negligence, which, in this case, would be the hiring of someone who should not have been driving.

 

If this case goes to court, no one is safe. This could have happened to any one of us who innocently takes a car in for service. Even if the owner of the jeep wins....

I guess "Care and Custody" it not happening here as most states have this. When someone gives the Dealership the keys to their car it is under the Care and Custody of the dealership and it is the dealerships responsibility to ensure it is properly operated and cared for by competent employees guess this does not apply here!

 

I think it said in the article that the law in that state doesn't allow for that. But, the owner has to be sued, so then the owner can sue the dealership.

 

Still a fucked up law for the Owner of the Jeep as he will be wiped out and lose everything if he loses all his options
