Problems with phone in truck

    If i plug phone into charging jack before i crank truck the phone the the speakers and microphone work just fine. If i plug it in after i crank truck, i can hear a phone call but the person i called can't hear me. I have to stop truck , turn it off and start truck again to get microphone to work, any help would be a great help, thanks.

    It’s probably a setting in your phone and it allowing it to be controlled by another device.
