If you have no trade go to Avondale but you’ll be waiting a long long time they sell msrp no adds. They will low ball your trade however so it’s not like you really pay msrp. I found Toyota of surprise to be the best with overall cost. Only add is window tint which is get anyway and yeah you may not pay msrp for pros or primes but the trade in will be much better. Both are easy to deal with sales people are on salary. Avoid Larry miller bell camelback and the rest.

What dealer is this? Everyone in Canada who owns a Toyota should boycott them.

Every Larry Miller dealership I have ever called or dealt with were the biggest bunch of scumbags I’ve ever met in the automotive industry. They must have some really stringent standards to always hire a**holes at their dealerships no matter what part of the country they’re located.

I just put a deposit down on one for $3,725 over sticker. That was the best deal I could find. I pick it up Tuesday. No trade…

2022 TRD Pro. Just paid 3995 over....from starting of 7k over. No trade. I've never paid mrsp before....let alone over mrsp. PS...I literally called 67 dealers nationwide and kept an excel file. Its nuts out there for the Pro

That's what it takes! Tons of calls, excel file or some sort of tracking to keep it all sorted. Keep calling until you find an acceptable deal.

I always "love" it when a dealer appraises my trade in (when applicable) and tells me "You're not going to get a better offer than that." lol, everytime I've been told that I was able to get a better trade in offer. Anymore when I hear that it's like challenge accepted!!! :D

I know the Pro carries a premium over the rest of the Tacoma line, but with the direction that Tacomas sales are sliding. Paying anything over MSRP now sounds worse than it did 2 years ago.

Nice job looks like 4K is the magic number which I don’t mind since many were getting 5k pre pandemic and considering you could get almost 5k off a loaded off road pre seems like a solid deal. Way I’m looking at it I’m basically paying pre pandemic price now. Prices aren’t going down anytime soon they never did on tacomas anyway. That’s why we buy them :)

Here in az you can’t get a Tacoma unless you are on allocation list so any slide in sales isn’t due to demand. If anything they’ll be more disirable as people will want this last model year and v6

I don't think demand is lacking, and the drop in sales is do to supply. I think a Tacoma is woth more in an arid climate, along with it's resale value. It's still my opinion that lower sales numbers, is plenty of justification for myself to not want to pay over MSRP.

Total speculation this is the last year based on mules running around, inside industry leaks have stated MY2024 prior to COVID supply hiccups and manufacturing issues, looks like even the new 4Runner maybe delayed which was slated originally for 2023, I'd be very shocked if we get a new Taco for 2023, 2020 was a mid cycle refresh, 2016-2020, 2020-2024.

I’d wouldnt pay over msrp unless it’s a pro. If you get anything that’s under msrp now it’s not a desirable product so long run you’d lose more. Check out untamed motors on YouTube https://youtu.be/LroyOg_2LpY

had he bought anything but Toyotas he’d be down probably 500k

I wouldn't spend over a million dollars on personal vehicles. Commercial vehicles that would make a business that I owned more money than I payed for them, maybe.

I'd like to have the 200 series from the video, but there's no brand including Toyota that would have me wanting to spend a million dollars on passenger vehicles.
