If your truck has the little auxilary relay box next to the underhood fuse box the fog light relay will be in there.

No there are no terminals…what a screwy setup…why bother installing a connector in the dash if Toyota isn’t going to follow through with the rest of the wiring, makes no sense at all.

Yea it kind of is but it's like @TnShooter said manufacturers use parts they have on hand to spec out a vehicle as it was designated, if it's not specd to have a feature then they don't have to include all the underlying wiring and components to support that feature but yet many times they do just to cut down on the number of different harnesses and components that have to be made.

Not the end of the world, just a bit more work and some wiring involved to add the fog lights.

Several companies make aftermarket switches that look OE and fit on the OE slots (CH4x4 is a popular choice), fuse holder, relay, connectors, and wiring can easily be had at any auto parts store, or found readily online.

No, your next step is contacting @memario1214 and have him set you up with a diode dynamics kit that includes wiring and match it with your switch of choice

On my 2015 on the passenger side just next to the washer bottle there is ground bundle. Where all the grounds go back into the harness is where all the headlight and fog wires come out. It’s the same on the driver side. 221970A3-1EDB-41DF-99AB-87E2E2EF2849.jpg

Looking between the radiator and grille at the passenger side, this is what my connector looks like.
