$650 still a ton of life left. The pic in my avatar are the tires. I can send you more pics too

They still look new. Great tires in the rain and snow. They received very good reviews. Only reason for a switch is I wanna go back to 295’s

@Iluvasiangurls let me know if your interested and I’ll send you pics. I do love these and would by them again for my 295’s except they don’t come in that size. Probably just get ko3’s but have to wait until they are back in stock

I'm tempted, but it's more of a want than a need at this moment.

What's up all! I put a deposit down for a TRD OR white on 4/21 and dealer states it's supposed to be here between 5/5-5/10 (making me really anxious!). Anyway, just wanted to see if anyone here just recently received their Tacoma and how their experience was with delivery/logistics? Lastly, any recommendations on financing and who has the best deals? Will Toyota offer better financing than what they're currently advertising if I submit an application through them? Looking at 72 months with excellent credit, preferably below 3% APR. Thanks in advance!

    Hi there folks,

I'm moving from California to Chicago this summer as my wife is attending U Chicago in the fall. But I have a question some of you may be able to answer. I've only just heard about a city sticker/wheel tax and I want to know which category exactly the tacoma falls under. I have a double cab and the vehicle stats do say that it weighs under 4500 lbs and the rated payload is 1620 lbs, so can it get a P type sticker or do you have to register as a Small Truck?

Small truck. Because of the bed stipulation.

I was going to come on here and say "sorry in advance" but coming from California, I think it's a come up.

Well, it probably was going to be a matter of time. I grew up near San Francisco and all my family is still here, but no way in hell could I ever afford to buy a home here.

My wife lived in Chicago for 3 years about a half a decade ago and she is very excited to be coming back to Chicago.

Hey Dan, do you know how to turn on the so called "engine braking" on a sec gen; I replaced my battery two yrs ago and it shut off with the change and I haven't been able to find out how to turn it back on, I miss it being a truck driver for thirty yrs.

im not sure i understand? typically just using the shifter to select a gear is how you use the engine to brake

From the time I bought the truck in '10 when you let off the throttle it would slow the truck like a jake brake, two battery changes no difference, the third one and it was gone.
