    Jeezus.. I'm glad to hear that you got through it. I've chatted with a few friends that got the crud, even after being fully vaccinated. One was asymptomatic and went back to work 5 days later, the other was down for 3 weeks and still hasn't fully regained all of his sense of taste and smell. It's frustrating when you take every precaution and it still finds you.
    I guess it's a small step in the right direction, eh?

    i think that's the scariest part of all of it - if you get sick you don't know if you're going to be one of the "its just a sniffle" people or one of the folks who end up in the ICU. glad you're back on your feet!

    Morning all! It’s going to be a hot day here with Red Flag Warning! Ugh! Hot, dry, high winds! News said the mountains are still 50+ inches short of our average. Sadly that’s not going to help those down stream on the Colorado.

    I’m going to make this the best day of the week! “Hump day”! Shuttle the granddaughter to/from school. Make us a salad for dinner with some chicken for protein. Pull grass from some of the flower beds. Maybe do some reloading. Oh I have a difficult life…NOT!

    Good morning everyone! It's odd to read the weather reports from everyone and that the northern and high elevation states are warmer then the Mid-Atlantic region. We might hit 70° for the high, mid 40's at night. I'm waiting for some evening temps were I can open the bedroom window and get some fresh air.

    good day all!! took the truck in this morning for the 15,000 mile poking and prodding. Was told it would take an hour...and only took 20 minutes, so bonus breakfast time before school. The Central Ohio "summer haze" - due to humidity - is evident in the air today...bruh. Humidity sucks...

    man, I have been opening the windows for a month now - low 50's is the BEST sleeping weather for me. If my head, and feet are cool, and the rest is under covers, I sleep like the dead. Raccons, or something were in the tree right outside the window last night...there was TONS of noise up there
