Hey any of y'all who weld have a good place to buy metal stock from? I need a 36"x36"x1/8" or 3/16" plate of aluminum or mild steel for a dining room table

 

There's a place in Manassas I've bought from, forget the name. They'll cut it up for you for a nominal charge. There's another in Chantilly I've also bought from, forget that one to. I'll have to Google the names

The gang is always invited by default - perks of the gang haha. I let the guys last weekend know but forgot to post on here. Probably be there around 1200 - trucks/ bikes/ campers/ tents welcome if you can get it back there. Burgers and dogs and fireworks will be provided and we’ll be camping Sat. night.

Finally had a chance to sit down and search on Google. The one in Chantilly is Posner Industries, near the Chantilly Auto Park off Rt 50. I'm pretty sure the one in Manassas is BMG Metals. Posner has a number of locations, closest ones to me now are Winchester and Frederick.

Is this happening this Sat (5/14) or next Sat (5/21)?

Man, I'd LOVE nothing more than to hit a day trip to Flagpole and take my oldest with me. But, we have an infant at home right now as well, so it's important to be around to help. But in due time I think I'll make it back out there. I can't wait to introduce my 3 y/o to the world of trail riding and camping!
