    I need the cut-side clearance.

Everyone does, it's just not all of them know it.

    Sounds good.
I uploaded all the pics I have. They're only pics when mounted, I never got a complete under shot, sorry. Maybe Joe can snap some for ya, and also relay those measurements.
The bumper basically sits flush with the bedsides.

Very nice! Ill take one with a Tire/60" HiLift/Can Carrier, Lights, Hidden Hitch. If you can modify it to fit with the modified fender (Cutting fender and fender flare like your truck) that would be awesome :D

Last thing will just be a set of skids for the bottom and I will be all Relentless Fab armored!

FYI: For those of you who are un-experienced or afraid of using a cut off on your fenders.....A dremel will work just fine. It takes a about 7-12 minutes if your taking your time.

Looks real sick man! I like the holes for reverse lights.. good idea, and the fact that it still has a hitch

    Chandler-
You really want one? I can add ya to the build list! And modding for thinner flares is no problem. I'll be building one for my truck anyways. ;)
Speaking of modded bumper.... looks like I need to go and build you another front bumper with shortened side pieces as well.
Some skids will be coming out soon too.
    Thanks! :)
    Then get one!

Looks awesome...I have a couple questions...

Do you have to cut the exhaust pipe off?
Are the "R"s actually cut into the metal?
Does the stock tire carrier still work?
Do you have pics of the swing out tire carrier?

    A few bolts are different.
Wow. Perfect design, that has everything I want in a high clearance. I especially like that the license plate area looks nearly factory ant it has a usable hitch without plate removal. Damn good job.
