2 washers here. Goes like this, starting from bottom. Shock > washer > bushing > shock mount on frame > bushing > washer > lock nut.

I'm guessing those who have a 3rd washer were given at least 1 bushing that is completely flat on the side that goes towards the shock mount. The 2 bushings I got had a raised portion around the center that fits into the hole on the shock tower. It looks the 3rd washer, for those who have it, has that same raised portion to center itself in the mount hole.

Yeah I'm familiar with the order of the parts I was just thrown off by the lack of this 3rd support washer I've been seeing in other kits and really started to question if I had the right install kit. Guess I do and I'm just not gonna worry about that 3rd washer until I get a set that comes with it.

I think Billy just had a couple different configurations for the mounting bushings and weren't consistent with what they gave out. FWIW, I have replaced my rear shocks twice since and both Fox and Elka shocks uses 2 bushing and 2 washers.

Everything I've ever had that used this type of mounting and wasn't and eye always used just 2 bushings and 2 washers. When I saw a pic of the third I got really confused haha.
