i hope not. Fuck. I was thinking 45. 3 10x10 roll ups, extended soffit, insulated, ridge vent. 60 would mean 105 + erected on slab w Site work done by me.

 

Sounds cheap by CA prices lol

 

I mean, if I was just sitting at home and had it built it would prob be 200. But, yeah even 200 is cheap for that big a building.

 

I've always liked geckos but not enough to have one.
