I installed a Bedslide today. I didn't want to drill holes in the bed so took a chance on the '16-'19 No Drill Kit which turns out it fits the Gen2 models as well. Super easy install.

What was the cost on this if you don't mind. It looks like something I didn't know I needed!

I did this and two guys at work followed suit. We grin every time we hit the lights. And, you can find OEM Osram bulbs for about $10 now if you are patient. Details at link...My best mod to date.

I bought the Bedslide last Black Friday from RealTruck.com for 1219.00.
The No Drill Kit I purchased on Amazon as a a 'used' item for 51.00 (saved me over $130), it had a small corner where paint had chipped off.
Looking at the many options of bed slides on the market, I kept going back to this one for the value and price. Some were supposedly better but they were also twice the price. Main reason I went with this model opposed to others was the composite bed rather than press-board.

Wow. That down pipe: It's like a work of art: sculpture category. May I ask how long that piece took you to create?

    Early Spring engine compartment detail.

Beautiful pollen-season day here today so the dust was settling on that engine cover while I was doing it. lol

I started off by paint matching the rear bumper! Turned out pretty good I think! Definitely not perfect but good enough for my low standards.

Then my VLEDs showed up today for my footwell lights also! So I got those installed!

    Truck things
Today I looked at the resale value of my truck out here in CA because I was bored. (Hurts my heart that I'm even looking at the resale value) I'm astonished I could literally more than DOUBLE my money out here on it... Gosh, the truck market is crazy out here, can't wait to move back to Florida!!

I installed some DIY puddle lights for $19
    install link: https://www.tacomaworld.com/posts/27254089/

The doors are cracked open in these pics, just enough to trip the door switch but stay latched.

Kit comes with 3 LED's so you end up with a spare, I actually have two spare 1 from this install and one from my bed light install I might wire some under hood lights next. Bed light install link if someone is interested: https://www.tacomaworld.com/posts/27254089/

Little by little this month I have clay barred, buffed, polished and waxed my truck after 12 years.
I have always kept her clean but she was looking might matte. I have never had a garage or coverage and I was on my way to a blistered hood.
People always put their paint at the bottom of the list when it comes to car maintenance. Check out what a full body paint job costs and you might want to consider purchasing a buffer.
Here is a during clay barring and after prepolish photo. I'll be sure to throw some final waxed photos up once she's parked in you moms driveway :p

Now to get all the dang compound splatters off my driveway.
