Good to know about the 6qt Havoline!

I have a similar kit to the Motivx, but it was $30 less (same funnel, same drain tube valve assembly, different oil filter cap tool, no cool box to put it all in). I, too, chopped off a good chunk of the drain hose. While the two-piece funnel seems nifty, I'm not a big fan of it personally. I always end up using a big-mouth funnel I've had for decades.

 

No, just time consuming. Have to take the bumper off to mount the brackets.

 

The hell with that, i have Led fog lights now. I will just stick with those.

 

You don't have to remove the bumper. You can move the front wheel well liners and install

 

Do you have any other pictures or could you elaborate on how you extended it. I am having a hard time finding the rack I want for the 6 ft bed then I came across your post. Anything helps. Thanks!

 

Installed my latest experiments, and going to go test soon. Oh, and no, I don't trust the bungee cords. Replaced with straps after these pics.

Side rail for connection, and it sits on the ledge for lower support.

Hell yeah, there’s tons of urban campers in Portland.
