FSM is Factory Service Manual which it looks like you have.

I believe he meant you should create your own thread instead of posting a new question in an existing thread.

Just purchased some manuals to make thing easier. Should be able to find most of the info I need. I am a mechatronics electrician and usually work on small engines and previously just a little 94 Nissan hardbody. Have worked on most anything from a boat to an airplane and know my ECRA and LOPA, but I am learning this yota world. Love fixing my own stuff but sometimes experience is golden. Thank goodness for forums and help from others.

Still getting this? Can be as simple as a very small exhaust leak between your up amd downstream o2 sensors

Looking into that. What's an optimal b2 O2 voltage?

Upstream sensor (B1S1) voltage will vary depending on if your looking at generic OBD data or OE data, IIRC OE data will show it around 3.2v and generic data will oscillate between 0.2 and 0.8v.

Downstream sensor (B1S2) should remain fairly steady at around 0.7-0.8v once everything is warmed up, if it's oscillating frequently in the 0.2-0.8v range you will get a P0420 which is more often than not a bad catalytic converter providing there is no exhaust leaks.
