    Why would you look at that as a doomsday theory? Eventually the universe will die. They call it a heat death. It's gonna take a few hundred billion years. Between now and then and after that black holes will continue to swallow up matter. Eventually those black holes will swallow up each other. Eventually theyll swallow enough that the gravity will no longer be able to contain the force of all that mass compacted and there will be a bang, and it will probably be a big one. A few billion years after, if all the stardust aligns just right, there might be some talking monkeys doing some weird stuff. And for all we know this could have happened billions of times already.

    Speaking of Crew 3's return, I was waiting on SpaceX to offer their internal mission patch as was the case for DM-2, Crew 1 and Crew 2 immediately after landing. Days went by so I emailed them about Crew 3 and Ax 1 patches. Their reply:


    "Please be advised that the items will not be for sale."

    A business decision and use of 'that' I don't understand..

    To piggyback this: if the robotic missions are of interest, check out the book "Ambassadors from Earth: Pioneering Explorations". It's about the early US & Russian missions. Obviously it's a niche audience but it's an enjoyable book for that group.
