I’ve got a Warn 2000 I took off of a four wheeler I need to mount on a receiver mount for my small trailer. Already have the receiver welded on the front of the trailer for my other winch, it’s too heavy sometimes.

Fuel prices are high, so I brought in a lawn crew this morning. Weed eating and mowing can be accomplished at the same time.

Here's the other winch, it's a Warn 8000 and is heavy. I need to mount a receiver on the front of the gooseneck for it.

New job site is in a National Forest. Won't be allowed to bring the tractor up to work on it, plus not enough room. Guess I'll just have to wait until I take my vacation.
Not enough signal for pictures, I'll throw one on when I go into town next week. Waiting for HF to send me my ITC number so I can order the backhoe.

I got an auto darkening helmet at TSC for like $43 on sale. I’ve had it 3 or 4 years and it’s been perfect so far. I don’t weld much or often but it’s nice when I do need it.

He took my offer. It's now mine.

In addition, I just sold my last ZT.

It's the big one with the bagger.

    Kinda bummed.

    The guy didn't even counteroffer.

I really thought I had it listed high .

    Mower ?.

Can a dirt caked/ clogged stator not charge? Can the dirt short out the stator and prevent voltage from being produced?

Repair job. Engine not charging battery. Removed engine to remove flywheel expecting delaminated magnets. Magnets where fine. Stator was caked with dirt.

After blowing out the stator, I ohmed out the stator. .02 ohms. Perfectly within spec.

I guess I'll put it back together and see what happens .

    No.

    Repair job for a customer.

When I had it running yesterday, I was getting 10ish volts, basically engine was running off battery. Engage the E. Clutch and the volts would drop further and unit would stall .

Regardless, the thing needed a serious cleaning. Most of the cooling fins were pretty clogged.

The one I just picked up was to have low compression on one side. Maybe I can get lucky and it just needs a head .

Previous owner took it apart, ran out of time and just bought a new unit .

I don’t think the dirt would bother it. Bad voltage regulator maybe?

    Perhaps.

I'll toss it back in tomorrow and see if I have AC voltage out of the stator. I should have checked it earlier before I removed the engine from the chassis.

Nice. You DID stop for lunch at MEATS, right? If I HAVE to go to Lansing I always work the scheduling so I can hit MEATS up for a meal. [then go comatose on the way home]
