    My kids step on the plastic door sill on the way in/out of the truck all the time. At first it bothered me then it was "eh, fuck it" nothing you can do about it. Pick your battles OP, not worth wasting your energy on. Just go buy some parts to make yourself feel better. :rofl:

    I feel your pain OP. I used to try and keep my vehicles PERFECT. I’d spend all day each Saturday (when the weather was nice) to keep it up. But a couple years ago I, like others here, realized that it isn’t worth the energy. At the end of the day most people don’t take care of their vehicles AT ALL. If you spend any time on vehicle upkeep you’ll be way ahead and still have a nicer vehicle than 90% of the population. Scratches, dings, chips, scuffs are going to happen. Just part of the deal. Sucks, but it’s inevitable.
