    OK...

One of the speakers in my passenger-side front door has started to rattle. My stereo is stock (and I have no desire to upgrade). A buddy of mine w/ a '08 Tacoma just like mine has complained of a similar problem.

The rattle isn't terribly loud, but it's constant. It's almost a buzzing sound, and it's definitely coming from the speaker.

Has anybody had this (or a similar) problem? Should I just take the door apart and make sure everything is tight?

Any advice is much appreciated. I searched for a bit, so if there's already a thread for this feel free to link me.

Yeah, there seems to be a great deal of people having this issue. PH16Drive has a couple good posts on how he fixed his. He pretty much tore his whole left side apart, zip tied, and stuffed.

I have been living with the issue for now due to no time, and the fact that I don't trust the dealership cause of all the other problems people were having with this.

Thanks to all the help so far.

You have links to PH16Drive's solution threads?
