Yeah, saw that and posted here a few days back. I assume that's definitely impacting rail transport times. I'm just scratching my head on why it takes 2 weeks to get a truck coordinated to haul from the Logistics Park to dealerships. I realize fuel costs are high and that's likely causing carriers to be as efficient as possible. The odd thing is that I believe my dealer has numerous (>5) Tacomas sitting in Elwood waiting just like mine, so not sure why they haven't collected them all and hauled them the 5ish hours east.

My dealer is installing this kit on my truck when it arrives. Total out the door price with labor will be $2450.00. Watch that they don't replace your fog lights with the plastic crap in the kit.

The dealer is looking at the same thing as everyone here, they’re as accurate as what we will see

Ordered in January, truck arrived three days ago, so 3.5 months. Paid MSRP. Even got lunar rock. Mark Jacobson Toyota in Durham, NC. See Charles Browning if you’re wanting new without market adjustments.

If the dealer says your truck remains at port would you still be able to pull up on vspec?

I do agree, but like me I wanted certain model and options. I searched and searched as well as reaching out to 7 dealers, zero success. Last week this dealer called and has what I want going in for production June 6, I got them to take $1000 above MSRP, which isn't going to break my wallet.

I do agree the market adjustment stinks

Yeah I’m just the type who wouldn’t be happy looking at my vehicle everyday paying over MSRP on it- especially with gas heading towards $5+ across the country. The truck market will decline soon enough.
