    Considering I probably won’t ever receive my skid plate from EO I decided to place an order with RCI yesterday. I just received an email that it has been shipped a day later. Funny how other vendors have it together.

    EO completely ignored my request for refund. If you’re within the 180 day window probably best to start the dispute process.

    I heard there is a rumor going around that 2/3rds of their fabrication department has quit and left due to moral differences and bad management. I am not at liberty to say why/how I know and if asked I will not reply. Just trying to help the community.

    So, a while back, E.O. had created their own Facebook overland enthusiast group/page called Northeast Toyota Overlanders, where the guys from the shop would frequently make posts especially about monthly events.

    Well, I just went to check it to see if they posted anything recently...except that the search results are not showing me the FB group at all.

    Can anyone else find the group, or is it gone? Or maybe they blocked me, IDK :anonymous::crapstorm:

    I just submitted my dispute with my cc company. We'll see how it goes.
    I ordered a bumper for a GX back in Dec and they were super responsive when trying to make the sale.
    Once the order was placed and they had payment they've been in ghost mode ever since.
    Emails, DMs, voicemails, and nothing.
    They did update the GX bumper lead time at some point from 20 weeks to 6 months, but either way, I'm coming up to that point already.
    Its not so much the waiting, its the utter lack of communication. No way to run a business!

    They were probably living the high life for a good month or two with all the money they stole from people! Hit them where it hurts people charge-back and take the money right out of their account.

    Anyone know EO’s connection to Koch 33 Toyota? They seem to have some kind of partnership and Koch appears to be an actual legit car dealer… I wonder if they know who they’re in bed with?
