I'm waiting. My brother will be here this week and he generally tries to talk me into stuff and I said I'd wait to decide what I was going to do till he got here.


I also need to change my oil again I think. Don't shame me!

I went up to my brothers place in Eastern West Virginia for the weekend. He has about 170 acres and he is friends with all of his bordering neighbors. Im not an off road guy so this is about as much as I do with my Tacoma. I was coming down a logging road and a stick got jammed under my truck and I heard it drag and immediately stopped. It was stuck under the fuel line at the tank. No damage, just popped that little white push connector out. Probably could have been bad. I am picking up a TRD skid plate on Tuesday from Jones. I didnt think I need one but this trip showed me otherwise. I understand it wouldn't have had an effect on the stick incident but I did have a few rocks clunk on the underside. Better safe than sorry. We hunted Friday and Saturday both days until 1pm and never heard or saw a turkey. Maybe next season. We did get to shoot Saturday afternoon and it was impressive watching my friend who is an NRP officer shooting out at 500 yards with his Ruger Ranch rifle. The bottom picture has a 100/150/300/500/800/1200 yard range set up.

 

That was absolutely what I've been trying to find.. the link shows that it's "pending", so I missed out.

 

I started pricing out parts for the Tundra 'big brake' upgrade for my T4R. I made a quick trip in Hampstead yesterday to pickup BBQ from Outlaw, on the way home my 'runner started shaking and just feeling weird, I thought that I had a flat or was about to lose a wheel. I pulled into Sheetz and as soon as I stopped, I could smell cooking brakes. The driver side front wheel was so hot I couldn't touch it, the passenger side was barely warm, matching the temp feel of both rear wheels.

Napa used to have brand new calipers available for a really great price, not any more. Reman's are all that I see. Between calipers, rotors and decent pads, there's another $500 gone...

Was a nice day for a good bit… was able to get the jungle cut. Had to do the front twice bc of the clump. Feel like a set of Gator blades will be a purchase on the close future. Also, got the Flac seed oil from Amazon… was finally able to get the Blackstone seasoned.

…of course had to throw some meat on. So ended up doing some angus burgers real quick. Delicious! Then the rain came… So what else to do? How’s about get all the kids out for some basketball in the rain! Absolute blast.

That is so cool and it is definitely a small world! We should consider a TW Murder Mystery Train Ride event! Who doesn't like trains?! Or just hang out a place like you did.
