Sad day, the Taco’s sold! Couldn’t resist the crazy market. 2k less than I bought it for (pre tax) 6 years and 60k miles ago.

Probably keeping the super duty till the new sequoia is out a year or 2.

 

That’s hard to resist selling. You drive for free basically. I am tempted to let mine go for a 200 series.

Absolutely wild day, drove 1.5 hours to Bremen and back to get the tubing bent. Then to Ellijay to sell my stock bumper. Got the tubing all fitted up and some welds, and drove straight to PCB. 550miles and 10 hrs of driving today.

I havent ran a full tank out but i was getting wildly good gas milage on the way down here if the OBD reader is correct. Was saying 19-20 with mostly highway driving. Just sounds wrong to me.

Where would someone recommend camping on Memorial Day weekend. Prefer free and no crowds (LOL).

 

We just got back from carter's lake doll mountain campground and it was awesome.

 

Good luck man... Maybe at @Built2Ride spot were all jealous of is your best bet?! If he's taking on drifters like us?

If you're looking for a good tent spot for the family see my comment above. I love a lot of North GA lakes but carter's was probably the best combo of size, lack of crowd and houses /docks I've ever found.

 

Your backyard Any 3 day weekend I stay home on purpose, too many people go out. Best bet would be to go out Thursday morning to your favorite spot and stay until Monday

The new road into the property was fun to cut with the backhoe. I pulled probably over 100 boulders out of the ground. Some the size of small cars.

 

At least I have a firepit in my backyard...
