Installed my Hid pnp kit last week. Turned them on and worked fine. The next day I turn them on and the passanger light flickers and goes out. I have to turn them on and off about four times then the light stays on. Anybody know whats going on?

maybe that might be it but i had the same problem with mine and my manual said to make sure you have the lights running on the 20 amp fuse and mine were only 15 and when i changed it to 20 it was fine

Might be a bad ballast. Switch the ballasts and see if the other light flickers.
