Flaked out on Ardbeg again :bananadead:

Could not get my front suspension adjusted until yesterday afternoon. :fistbump: It was rubbing on all right hand turns, had to correct it before any wheeling action.

@tacoma16, we now know it would be easier to simply take them to a spring shop to have them adjusted :boom:

All good now, we did 2 full turns on the passenger side, 4 full turns on the driver. Sits nice and level now.

We highly modified Jeremiah's spring compressors to fit. :cookiemonster:

Ground down like 1/2" off the inside of each of the top holders, to clearance the shock body.

Cut 2 inches off one of the long threaded bolt's used for pinching them together. The tool to adjust the shock collar would not fit on the driver side, until we trimmed the bottom off it.

Worked perfect after those many mod's to the tool

We also learned you want at least one of the compressor's having the bolt head up, this made a huge difference for some reason that we could not understand. With both bolt heads at the bottom, when you tighten the compressor's, it gives you space at the bottom of the spring, not what you need. You need space at the top, to tighten the collar. Flipping at least one, fixed the issue.

I'm surprised he can get into covered parking with that rack and (I think) a lift?

Still shorter than F150, I fit with 35s and 2.5 lift under most parkings (about the same height as full sizes now)

Hmmmm, there might be a lift in my future then :) Although I need to check the height of the Pearson T3 parking. When I still had my FJ and I drove through the garage somewhat , erhm, 'energetically', the (stock) roofrack actually
    skimmed the ceiling.

After they fix it have the breathers routed in the engine bay (they are near transmission from factory and water gets in). Works like a clock on mine, I do have spare FJ parts but unless it fails it’s a waste of time fix what’s not broken.

    Check build thread!
Just had a look at tires because you’ve all gotten me hooked and the stock highway tires are booty in the mud. Holy Jesus, have they gotten more expensive or is that just me?

looks like QuattroTires is the cheapest from my quick search, and 4tires.ca for falkens.

Dont forget Canadian Tire also price matches online retailers for tires so you can probably get some quicker that way.
