Looks like Sikaflex self leveling sealant. I need to do the end of my driveway.

Installed the garage door opener today!

What a frustrating mess! Install was somewhat frustrating, but the open/close programming was ridiculous! As I was about to give up I pressed the button again and it started working as intended. :notsure:

Also decided to put in the lights. Grabbed a new 250 roll of 14/2 and slid my fatass into the attic...

Yes, I used cut in boxes. It was the easiest way for me to do it. Didn't feel like fooling with cutting lumber and setting metal boxes...

Just some inexpensive LED units from Lowe's (P/N 1479187). They come in a 2 pack for about $25. Gives a little bit of modern flare to the old house. Doesn't throw off a massive amount of light, but the one at the side door has been plenty to see going in the door.

What is this access box in series with your downspout plumbing? Only guesses are a K&N cold-intake filter or a mailbox that has complimentary water flow. Never seen such a thing...?

It has a piece of screen in it to "filter" water going into the cistern. I have not only a well, but a cistern to feed the outside spigots. Water from all the the gutters goes in the cistern. If it gets full I can direct flow outside.

N-fabs, BakFlip VP, power tailgate lock, bed lights, "raptor" grill lights. Standard mall crawler stuff.
Does that opener force the door closed to squish the bottom seal? I've been looking at that type of opener but questioned if it had down pressure. My concrete is not flat and I use the opener to apply pressure so the seal contacts the whole width of the door.

Is that the motor on the right? Does that take away the need for the traditional bar that runs down the center of the ceiling? Just curious because I want more garage overhead room and that bar is getting in my way! lol

Yea, it has enough for to compress the seal. My garage concrete is also not level. There's still one spot that daylight shines through, but that was like that before. I got to get a bigger seal.

Yup, it attaches to the torsion spring rod rather the middle of the door. If you have the traditional two springs on the side it won't work. I have no overhead clearance so it was my only choice, albeit an expensive one...

I think I have used that before, but this flows so much easier. And looks better.

Luckily it was between a post and a walkway and it sunk in.......I will dig and rough it up a bit and fill level with that when the weather warms and dries out. Thanks
