Haha, never knew what other people did to THEIR truck annoyed people so much. I’ve personally never seen another Tacoma, no matter how clapped out it was, and felt annoyed. Just happy to see someone out enjoying their truck however they want. To each their own…

So you're saying there's a chance for a group buy on Raptor lights?

SSO hybrid bumper, Warn winch, RCI skid trilogy, RRW sliders, everything in the cheap/free mods thread, and of course the frame recall work.
I like popping it loose when it gets frozen to the tailgate so i can get the pushbroom out to sweep all the snow off the truck. Tonneu is the easiest part to clean, too.

The theory behind that is that red light helps preserve night vision. That said, your headlights and gauge cluster/infotainment screen negate any benefit from running red lights.

Disagree with the second half of that statement.

I don't use red lights when driving, I use them when stopped. They're great for camping and general ingress/egress when commuting. Situations where it's nice to have low light, they help. They're also great if your passenger turns on a map light without warning. It doesn't take you by surprise.

The dual colored lights are one of my favorite mods.

If it looks like a whorehouse, so much the better. I'm not hosting weddings and funerals inside my truck.

Bilstein 6112 front / 5100 rear (extended) shocks, Headstrong AAL, Firestone airbags, 4.88 gears, OME Carrier bearing drop kit, Aluminum 1/4" skids (engine to transfer). Custom sliders (1.75" HREW tube w/ 3/16" base plates). Custom front bumper and high clearance rear bumper (1/4" steel plate, 1.75" tube.) Apex 5500 winch w/synthetic line (36lbs) and required accessories for an underpowered winch (snatch blocks and extra line.) Tekonsha P3 brake controller, remote start, any-time-backup camera w/ front facing camera, Leer 100R shell (w/e-track single slot tie-down mounts for removable Yakima EasyTop.) Cat shields by CaliRaised. Husky liners, window tint, heated seat (passenger only.) Relentless bed rail brackets with QuickFists (shovel/axe/fire extinguisher.) Hondo Garage Un-holey vent mount. Anytime rear with front facing camera. Billet front seat risers. Viair 88p. 265/75r16 Goodyear Ultra-terrain tires.
All of the lighted buttons, automatic transmission indicator, screens, etc. kills my night vision and pisses me off when attempting to back my trailer into a camping spot on a dark night. Covering up all those lights would take longer than getting in/out of the truck a half dozen times to see if I'm backing into something. I guess the only easy remedy is to mount a bunch of lights on the trailer and back of the truck.

My little lady's disdain for mosquitos and my tint doesn't help the situation as I can't simply hang halfway out of the truck to escape the Christmas lights inside.

In golden old'n times you could go pitch black inside the cab with a simple turn of a dial.

Bed mat is awesome if you are not constantly sliding things in and out. I have absolutely no use for one.

x2 on this. Red lights are a necessity for me when I am out boondocking in the middle of nowhere. I need to maintain my night vision just for situational awareness/safety and also don't want to ruin other's outdoor experience with bright ass lights.

Now you got me wondering if you were to pour sodium citrate into a gas tank with some water if it'll make an emulsification and thicken up...

Messing with someone's vehicle is a p*ssy move. Even talking about it is beta.
