It's self propelled... mostly. Really it's too propelled, the drive sticks and you have to fight it sometimes. Kinda hard to justify spending money on it with how beat down it is.

edit: that's just the front yard. My back yard is almost as big, with a hill.744591F3-1675-482E-802A-5DB7A65276E1.jpg

You have way more gumption than me! I need my Cub with a 46" deck to cut all my yard...

You definitely have more area to cover than me. I also grew up push mowing a lawn with hills too steep for a riding mower. My folks had a great list of chores for me as a kid!

Heh, first time I mowed it I was like "damn, that took longer than I thought it would"

Although I do a little extra and also weed-eat the hill of the other property by the road for the guy.

I snagged two ancient weed eaters from my folks as well. A homelite and an "eager beaver" which I couldn't stop laughing at.

Klotz is more 4 wheeler, snow mobile, or dirtbike oil. Depending on which one it is it can develop excess carbon on the small stuff and eventually score up the piston. I used Echo Red Armor. It's readily available for a decent cost. Also helps all my 2 stroke stuff is Echo :D

I'm eager to see if I can save either weed eater. The home lite is smaller than the beaver, but looks like it had much less use/corrosion.

The bag was a recent addition for the ride home, to avoid getting any gas or oil on the inside of the wife's car. The beaver got the same treatment right after this photo.

I don't think you're cutting the grass. You're bludgeoning it to death.

At least sharpen that blade.

TruFuel is all I use. 92 octane, cleaner additive, stabilizer and no alcohol. I get the red can (50:1) at Lowes
