Softopper customer service

Hello,
I placed an order mid April an emailed them for an update early May. They where supposed to ship everything at that time but haven't heard anything from them since then. No Fedex eta, no update, nobody answering the the phone etc... Is it supposed to be that bad or I'm the exception?

I ordered a Softopper last night and today received an email from Bestop that my order was received. So is Bestop and Softopper the same company? They have separate websites but the same physical address in Colorado.

 

Yup, Bestop bought softopper a while back.

 

On the same page as you, a little over a month that I placed my order and nothing. Called, left voicemail, emailed and nothing either.

 

I finally did talk with someone last week. They gave me a 2 weeks eta. Seems they were out of stock. Will see….

 

How long did it take you to get a hold of them? it honestly sucks because I got my softopper without hiccups about two years ago, but once they got bought out I’ve heard it went downhill.

 

Couldn't get anyone in the morning but was lucky enough to get someone on the phone in the afternoon.
The emails I got before were contradictory. They were saying everything was going to ship asap in the next day... I'm still waiting.

I think I’m just gonna have to cancel that order. I think two weeks past the eta is fair as far as waiting. I get it that things are back ordered and such, but just a little explanation would be awesome.

 

Update. I got a Fedex email today. So they have that for them, their eta was right.
