My Lord can't be disappointed in me for I have been washed of all guilt and shame by the blood of His Son Jesus Christ because the only way to God the Father is through the Son. For it is appointed for man to die once and face judgment. And yes you got the right picture kind of(a drawing by an artist), because there is no other name under heaven and earth by which a man can be saved and forgiven.

We all come on here to help one another not to attack one another and I have not attacked anyone and I am not going to but I say, "I forgive you," but it's not me that you need to get forgiveness from but the creator of heaven and earth ultimately. So I pray you will.

People are faceless on these kind of forums, but not so much in person. These type of forums are full of cowardice and it's not brave to post things on here and then let them go.
Social media is not brave, it creates escapism, and low consequence for your actions.
We need to keep this forum for respect and help and not degredation of others.

    Brian:)

Could you please use the science to explain your results instead of religion?

Well then. I would make the exact same comments and jokes in person, only difference is I’d offer you a beer while bullshitting. I don’t need forgiveness for pointing out that a cheap hot air intake does not give better fuel economy or an increase in power and has absolutely no impact on the operation of the clutch.

OP. No one has any issue with how you spend your money. Or what information you offer.
It's just that most of us, myself included would buy a CAI in a millisecond if there was proof that they actually delivered what they promised.
I really wanted to get one myself and spent days going through forums and dyno test results of each product. Not just looking at total HP or Torque results but looking at them throughout the RPM range. I haven't yet found one for myself that gives any return for the money.
Some people will argue that statement, but that's how we exchange ideas and information. New products are always coming onto the market.
The factory setup is routed to the passenger side front wheel well and gets air from outside of the vehicle. While the vast majority of aftermarket systems take air from engine compartment. Which gets heated my the engine, thus becoming a warm/hot air inlet system.
Keep sharing your ideas but be aware that many here may disagree with you. Some for their own personal reasons. Others because they know what your proposing won't infact work.

To play the devil's advocate - there is a way for the OP to be correct about the MPG and seat of the pants power increase. If he replaced a dirty, clogged and poorly flowing air filter with a new clean air filter, despite it sucking in hot engine bay air, the performance would be better afterwards.

But he still would have to change out the spring/throwout bearing, replace old nasty fluid, or make an adjustment to get better clutch pedal feel.

I hate to admit it but you are 100% correct.

Op is higher than a pair of eagle nuts. Less clutch pedal tension from a hot air intake lol!

I'm only telling you my results, and I had just cleaned my K&N drop in box filter. As soon as I put it on I noticed a difference. My results, my experience, I'm the authority on my experience and no one can or will tell me I'm wrong. My bearing is new on my clutch by the way.

Rick, thanks for being a gentleman, more on this post could learn some of your manners instead of reverting back to childishness. You understand and I thank you for what you said.

There is no physical way that an intake of any sorts made your clutch pedal softer. After that stamenet it makes it hard to think you really got 3 more MPH from an intake.

You have a hot air intake...

Ive had them on many vehicles. They really never did anything but make noise on acceleration.
