My 2015 DCLB dosn't have any mount holes for a roof rack...is that Normal?

OK, ATX folks. Supposedly, COTA bought the Cars & Coffee rights for Austin. Not a peep from them on their FB, or any search.

The ATX C&C FB page is now teetering on the edge of single X porn.

I find this event, shown as a Cars & Coffee - coming up. I see a couple folks are interested, and getting more. But in a parking lot on Research? Anybody got any more info? Love to see some of you again. @ryanbitt ?

 

Those are AT3 XLT's not AT4's, I don't think they make an AT4 yet. I've been riding those same tires for the last 2 years now. Great price for wheels and tires as those tires are over $1k now for a set. anyone looking to upgrade to 33's this is a great deal! GLWS!

 

Seems kinda shady IMO. I commented on their FB event page for the 22nd so we will see what they say. It seems like a trap...as in they just want to get you there to sell you things. There's no way that little parking lot is going to hold as many cars as C&C draws. There's like 20-30 parking spots...not sure what they are expecting. We should just do another Cabelas or Bass Pro meetup again.

Really, I googled the place and was really wondering where they think cars are going to park! But, what do I know?

 

Yeah something doesn't add up! I got my tint done at Tint Specialists on S. Lamar. They did a great job for a great price! Lifetime warranty also. But that's kinda far from you.

 

Eventually, I'll go somewhere. My tint/stereo/body & paint guy quit doing the tint. Have to keep the place dust free with the new stuff, and it's not that fancy of a place!

 

Tint is a tough game! That's why many places offer other services on top of Tint.

 

Hey @CaptAmerica , a favor, please? You have the same RAV4 Hybrid we do. My wife swears she "used to be able to" open and close other windows from the driver's seat, when LOCKED by the switch. I can't do that. Manual says you can't, but has ONE questionabe passage that seems to say you can. Uncle Google says not.
Now, I secretly did the illuminated window control panel mod. And she still hasn't noticed! (I love it). I was worried the mod changed it, bit I find no proof it did. Or any proof that it ever did what she says it did .
Can you please see what yours does?

 

Locking the windows locks all the windows. I learned this by thinking I was locking the doors but instead I was sabotaging the windows.

And then the universe will set all things back in order as your window lock switch will stop working and SHE will be right!

Refurbishing my MIL's lawn mower because she fired her lawn guy, and the thing hasn't run in 20 years. I got the crud off of it and the engine moves, but the carb pisses fuel. I think all the gaskets dried out so I'm just going to replace the carb instead of rebuilding it because of all the plastic parts.

Other than that - I'm good!
