    Best wishes. I had this done a few years ago. They take a scalpel and cut a piece off the roof of your mouth to sew in the front. :eek: Ouch for days until it heals.

    I have a regular dental appointment on Thursday. I always ask about my gums. The side effect of one of my meds is receding gums. So far no problem.
