I broke that hose when I had a belt failure. For future reference, in a pinch, you can buy straight hose and loop it to match those water ports. That's how I made it to the dealer for a new OEM hose.

A local parts store could probably get you a bypass hose, they're pretty common

Mileage typically has little effect on hose life.
Age, coolant condition, and exposure to oil are much more significant factors in hose deterioration.

The diagrams are on the site. Without having your VIN, it may be off for body parts and other things, but here's just selecting some 2011 4.0L extended cab tacoma:
    http://japan-parts.eu/toyota/us/2011/tacoma/grn245l-cradka/2_674470_002_416W/

And to teach you how to use the site, you go to the "Tool / Engine / Fuel" tab, then "Radiator & Water Outlet". Hm, it's not on page one. Now we click the sub-tab for page 2. There it is!
    http://japan-parts.eu/toyota/us/201...tool-engine-fuel/1603_radiator-water-outlet/2

In this case it's all the same part number 16267-0P030, but you can see there are date ranges in there. Double check the sticker on your driver door to see the month and year your truck was manufactured and then you can select the correct part.
