I have really good healthcare for physical injuries and general health. $15 copays and no deductible for in network.

But everything else is.. not covered lol so I pay like $1000/mo out of pocket for expenses ATM and that will probably go up in time so it's time to start thinking about finding a new job again

I gotta stop eating at my buddy's house. He's super nice and offers dinner when we're working on projects but I swear something in his Keto diet foods makes my guts turn inside out.

plot twist - he's been spiking the food with ColoCleanse because he's got a fetish for feeding people and making them shit their brains out

 

You know.... I can't see him doing that on purpose but it would not surprise me if he was adding something nameless to him that his girlfriend convinced him it needed.

 

This is the kind of shit you would see at Pismo, guaranteed lol. Then it gets stuck on the beach for 6 days

I am one of the few people I know that has zero dietary restrictions. I can eat anything and it usually won't affect me. But man whatever he's buying, nope, can't do it. The man's entire snack library is cheese and lunch meat, occasionally a salad.

calories in = calories out. Centuries old tradition humans have always practiced. Most people sit on their asses from 9-5 at work, then go home and sit on their asses from "working all day". Shouldnt have to eat like that if you actually move, why we make kids do PE and recess. We dont get that as adults. Simple, u wrench on the taco or stay active some other way when ur not working i assume.

I'm not a tomato fan but I don't mind them in pico de Gallo or chunky salsa.

But I cannot do chunky pasta sauce, I'll pick out the chunky bits
