I'm convinced getting money involved in futures is money laundering and nothing more. It seems like some wacko lawyer with no subject knowledge making crazy money on cattle futures is pretty much always how futures go
Derivatives are wack. If you're gonna make bets make bets. Why tie it to anything? And where's the fun or skill in making a bet, then messing with things so it goes your way. Just immature really
I'm cordially dismissive about anything that isn't straight up investing and honest funding or wealth storing

Same with debt. Debt has always seemed a little neurotic to me. I understand all the benefits and possibilities. But like, its just dishonest. You can afford something or you can't. Why lie that you can just cause you might be able to afford it in the future

Ford should just give up making vehicles and stick to marketing. About the only thing they consistently do well

Oh, and depending on your your firm is structured, you don't need to report any of this. Neat, huh?

For me BBIG was all based off charting and volume. That's usually how I trade. If it squeezes that's just a bonus. When I first looked at it the SEPT 21 run to $12.50 was the last leg in an ascending wedge that goes back 2 years. I thought getting in at $7 was safe. I was fucking wrong. So I averaged down and down and down. I fully planned on getting the TYDE shares as it's a tax free div with unknown value but at least $4 to be listed on the NASDAQ. My plan has always been to wait for TYDE. Wait till BBIG breaks even. Then write the living shit out of weekly covered calls. Turns out management decided to make me wait a lot longer then I initially thought but I believe in this play enough to not step out and take the loss. Which I have on plenty of other bad calls I've made.

Now it's actually set-up. The Record date is tomorrow. Div date for TYDE is "on or about" the 27th. BBIG got SEC approval yesterday to spin-off TYDE. TYDE got approved by the NASDAQ yesterday. Shits done and I'm stoked. If my initial charting is accurate I'll step away in phases starting at $15. TYDE I'll wait till it doubles and sell covered calls in the meantime.

So, no, it ain't fucking GME.

Let's talk tomorrow at this time. lol

It did break $2 today though so that was cool.

I have a declared div that's approved. A crypto platform that is working. An NFT/META site that is working. A very fast growing social media app. A music NFT store that is working and making money. An algo unit that is monetizing the last 2. It ain't Cohen but it is ahead of what he's trying to do. lol

We gets ze split shortly. Imagine if you had a few thousand shares that split 7:1. You could sell so many covered calls you'd need a second harddrive just to keep track of your profits.

The split doesn't change the profit on writing calls. It just gives you 7 more at 1/7th the premium. lol

I get that, but can you imagine the absolute retard strength of retail and institutional buying that's going to go into GME when it's $14/share vs $100?

Just some hypothetical math. Let's assume there's no squeeze on anything for whatever reason. Let's say someone owned 3k shares. 7:1 gives you 21k shares.

Let's say GME does nothing else but improve its core business and increases its market cap over time to get the share price back to $100.

That's a $2m bet I'd take any day of the week if all you had to do was wait a few years.

It's good for the company to lower the price to attract more investors. It happens all the fucking time. lol
