I have just installed the Victory 4x4 roof rack on 2019 tacoma. I'm looking for options for the 40" light bar. This will be my first light purchase and I guess I'm confused. I'm seeing a Baja bar for like $900 and then some other options for like $150. What's the deal with the price range and why is Baja so expensive? I'd ask the same of the fog lights from Baja.

    Appreciate any intel.

BD, Rigid, or DD are high quality lights but they cost more. Other lights won't perform as well and aren't built to the same standards for things like moisture intrusion.

I have the same rack and went through 3 42" light bars (all had crazy amounts of water inside the lens after a few months) from Cali Raised LED before I finally said fuck it and paid Victory $50 for a non-lightbar fairing and put the lightbars on a backhoe

OK, thanks man. If rain came into a $200+ bar, I'd be pretty upset, let alone a more expensive one. It doesn't rain much here but...

I have the built in for the Victory - is that what you had where it was failing? That top light rack looks great and I can see some uses of it, but there are also some spotlight options I'm looking at. Guess I'm still confused over why the cost is so high for some of those racks, especially if they fail from time to time? How often have folks seen these need to be replaced?
