Of course! Fun is required, those that do not have fun at our events are severely castigated and otherwise generally picked upon.

    Cheers!

Looks like I can work in the Tigerton trip.
I'll be reserving a campsite in the same area.

Also looking forward to June 10th weekend. There's a section I did last year that I've been wanting to get back to. And, we could run the rock garden as well.

    :woot:

I'm looking forward to doing it again. I want to see if I can get over the part I always bypass, even though I might be tempted to back down and do the bypass also because it's fun.

I'm thinking we might have to hit the trails Sunday also. I guess it will depend on how many do the rock garden and how much time we spend in other areas.

There's also that section on the bypass to the rock garden that looks pretty challenging. I've looked at it a few times and thought "fuck no", but I said the same about the rock garden a few years ago.

Just a heads-up, the Pipeline may be a mess. They got over 5" of rain Thur night. Lots of flooding, roads washed out. What I remember of the area south of Crooked Lake, it doesn't drain well. A couple of weeks may help, as long as they don't get a whole lot more rain.

Doesn't matter. The actual Pipeline (55552) is closed until 6/1.

Unless you think it's still going to be a mess then.

Some stuff about the June trip:

    June 10 - 12: casual Pipeline camping..

Looking to camp at bear paw most likely. I'm going to try to get up there early Friday and get a site

    Dropped pin
    https://maps.app.goo.gl/DAjCHRNTc5ZoY1Eh9

Depending on when people show up we may mess around on some trails on Friday.

Saturday morning I figure we'll have breakfast and get out on the trails by around 9:00. Maybe do lunch along the trail somewhere, or at least snacks. For dinner, we can always eat at camp or try out one of the local restaurants.

We can make plans for Sunday on the fly.

All of this is just a loose idea. We can kind of fly by the seat of our pants on this trip

I'm down to get there early Friday and run some trails. I might possibly have to split after the trails Saturday, but that is still unknown.

My plan is to head up early Sat. morning, it's less than 2 hr from here to Robenhorst Rd, probably head home late evening. Outside chance of camping at this point.

As for dinner, Mountain doesn't have much. There's Weatherwood, they've always had good food but they're busy as hell on Sat. Tracy's just up the road had really good food but she closed during the summer for lack of help and I don't know if she re-opened. Beyond that, there's Suring, Lakewood or Crivitz.

You can meet us at Bearpaw in the morning, unless you want to meet us on the trails.

We found a nice supper club right off 32 in January. There's Jungle Jim's a bit north of the trails, too. But, I might just lean towards eating at camp to keep it simple. Maybe I'll get a steak from Meatski's. :D
