I picked up some Bartac second hand. Guy said they had 50k and a few years one them. They look brand new. Where as I've worn out 3 different cheapy auto parts brands.

good to hear. I held off for years because I couldnt decide if I wanted Katskins or something else. Glad I waited and found these. They'll hold up great to the abuse. Just need to have my wife sew/patch the one tear in my driver seat prior to installing the covers. Everything else is shampooed and vacuumed and ready to go.

Are you needing cubbies? I pulled mine. If you can get them to AZ they're yours.

Bartacts showed up. Got the passenger side done and waiting for Lyd to finish sewing the tears in the driver seat before I install that side. I'll do the back seat tomorrow.. and the hunt for a rear 60 seat continues.

Nice. Mine smoothed out after a few days. I also pulled my seats to make it easier.

I need new seat covers. But also could benefit from racing seats probably. It’s a toss up but I don’t have money anyways so

Finally, after all these years.. I finally finished the back wall. Cut up the plastics, finished with some edge trim and cleaned up everything one last time then slapped it all back together. Got the driver seat all sewn up thanks to my wife, and installed the driver seat cover. Just need to pick up a rear 60 seat set from 1 of 2 yards this week.. install the rear covers.. and finally the interior mods I've had on my list for years are complete. Lol

Next up is a steering wheel wrap, a digital rearview mirror, and some other little changes and the interior is done... then back to whatever's next on the list.

Working on some awning pole mounts for the X1. Want to be able to prop open the front flap and would work for the X1 side flaps too, and there's only one other person making a solution.. but there's no fun in that. I like making my own stuff. Have a couple other, more involved ideas/designs, but this will be quick and simple. Also, started revamping my old fire extinguisher mount. Cleaning it up some and changing the hole pattern to match the M6 insert spacing on the X1 for a direct bolt on application.

Fire extinguisher mount Base. still working on it and the other half.

Lyd and I had a ditch-day yesterday and went out to the river to just chill for the day. Tested out some more gear and the setup some more, made some sandwiches, played some card games.. was a nice day all by ourselves.

It's an old ATC (Adventure Tool Company) bag I picked up at the Overland Expo years and years ago. It definitely holds up well! I have a tool roll-up of theirs as well and same thing.

Well, finished up my prototypes of the awning pole mounts. Few things I want to change.. might just blow it up and start over with a different design. I made it with options to run the pole out the front or the top, (for when I run an awning off the back) and be just 1 part for both sides. This means 3 angled holes and it just flips 180 to work for each side. The top hole angles didn't work too well, so I'm thinking of just ditching the front holes and just making it have top exits. It would be a full design change but that's ok.. but I'm also thinking of something else more involved that utilizes an existing machined pocket in the billet X1 latch (last pic).. A filler with an awning pole hole and mounts for auxiliary lighting that are positionable/moveable for dust, work, and camp lighting.
