Yea, on average it is.

 

While the houses might be, I think they have higher taxes which include school taxes regardless if they have kids or kids in school. The plus side is, any guns @DetroitDarin might have in OKC will be easier to have in PA.
If you have any, have you looked into MD laws? They are pretty strict.

@DetroitDarin i'm a fan of the website frankly.com for looking up houses- seems to have houses that some other websites don't, and the search/filter is much simpler than the realtor/zillow/redfin style pages in my opinion. things sure are moving quickly, that's for sure

 

Turns out she has some crazy stomach bug. We left the hospital around 3:10, got home at 3:45. I dozed off until 5:30 and just chucked it everywhere. So whatever she has, she graciously gave it to my wife and I. I think it should be out of our systems tomorrow, hopefully!

What's the skinny on Bel Air? Saw a small house Northwest of Woodside area...it's not a forever house, but it looks good enough for two + two dogs + three cars.

 

Bel air is a nice area. If you’re looking in the town proper, there is an extra tax but that includes trash and you can throw out pretty much anything. I’ll need to look at that area of bel air on the map

 

This is a rough estimate of the city of bel air that has an extra tax but trash included. Most of Be Air, Forest Hill, Abingdon, Aberdeen and Harve De grace also has supplied water/sewer services

 

Place is up in that area.
