Trying to get motivated to finish my AR10 308 Build.

    I have the:
Aero Upper, Aero lower, Wilson Combat NB BCG, Wilson Combat Barrel, Enhanced 15" Handguard and Mark 5HD 5-25x56 Scope... for almost a year now lol.
I was gonna go with a Geissele 2 stage match trigger, any recommendations for LPK? Stock? Bipod?

    Or
    one of the luthAR’s

Harris notched swiveling for bipod with pic adapter or atlas. Maybe cyke if you need wider range of adjustment.

I just finished up my 308 build. Like you I’ve had most of my parts laying around for a year or so. I’ve used Geissele 2 stage triggers and they are nice. You might want to figure out what trigger and what pistol grip you want and buy. LPK without those parts. As for the stock, I went with a B5-E stock and pistol grip. I like that combo a lot.

Did you quote me on accident?

In the off chance I’m being included in the convo, I suggested the magpul prs/luth because the man said he had a (almost) $3000 scope he’s putting on it. A scope with a specific function and purpose. Imo, and in my experience, warrants more features from a proper set up than a $50 battle stock knock off can offer, unfortunately.

    For that kind of shooting.

I have too much money invested into this build to not finish it. The hard part is done. Just the small stuff left.

I haven't really thought much about which grip. I've seen some grips that have larger bottom ends "sniper grips" i may try. I have the same 2 stage trigger on one of my AR builds so i'll most likely use the same, i love it.

You sir are correct, this is a no expense spared build as i want a top notch long range .308. I will add that i got the scope for a highly discounted price. The magpul is a definite option, but i'm always looking for parts that aren't known to me and perhaps made by smaller companies etc. Something unique and badass.

The CSX is essentially S&W's entry as a Micro "1911" style 9mm. It is comparable to the Sig P938, but with higher capacity. It runs an all aluminum body. Very 1911ish trigger (firm wall, glass like break). 12+1 capacity and will run +P 124gr all day long.

Edit: Initially they have an audible false reset, which goes away between 100-200 rounds. My trigger was about 7lbs before break in, but it settled out at 4.9-5.0lbs.

$29.99/ea, with no limits, other than being in the store with the wife.
