The 5 have been chosen-
Sold Out: Mountain View Observatory, 1950's Diner, Winter Chalet, and Studgate Train Station.
Funded: Modular Construction Site - looks like there's maybe 2,500 left to order.
Not Funded: Steam Powered Science, Working Waterfall, Brickwest Studios and Space Troopers.

 

Document, file, list. Some way to keep track of what you have to not buy dupes and be able to have something that family can look at and not get you one you have already.

 

Yeah, I get it. I just generally don't, other than what's floating around in my head

I have done a bit in Brickset, but haven't updated it in over a year

 

I mean, your farm needs a farmhouse. Now you need a barn with working hayloft, a silo, and a stable.

 

For sets, I’ve been using an Excel spreadsheet.

Been toying around with Brickstock for individual pieces. Need to check into Brickset…

Every time the wife and I go to Target for "_____fill in the blank" I somehow end up walking by the toy section, and invariably end up in the Lego isle.
They have a surprisingly wide selection.............damn near walked out of there with a 10266 Apollo 11 moon lander to go with my Saturn V had the wife not gotten back a bit sooner than I had anticipated from looking at dresses.

 

A question for the masses..

From your experience, if Lego.com shows a set as Out of Stock and Retiring Soon, will it be offered again? There's no option to provide an email for notification when it's back in stock. I'm looking at the

Only took three weeks to badly design, order parts. redesign better, order more parts, tweak design slightly, order final parts for the custom fire boat trailer but its finally done.
The biggest issue was getting the hitch angle correct so that both axles are touching the ground when towing. Picture from second version and coupling used. Pictures from final version and coupling designed. The camera angle with the technic tractor is makes it look off but the trailer is actually level.

 

Normally means Lego has quit producing the set and won’t have it available again. You’ll have to find it in the marketplace.

 

I've received three updates for the Mountain View Observatory.

The first says it is on backorder and will ship in 5-6 weeks.

The second says it's on BO and will ship in 60 days.

The third, still on BO, will ship by March 27, 2023.

 

All of mine say March 23rd 2023. Additionally, how interested in the Final Duel are you? I may have bought an extra but I won’t know till I get home from work and look.
