Yessir - I tend to take a walk around the nearby streets to see what i see. Also relying on my Redfin agent AND my TacomaWorld Regional Guidance Team in the Maryland thread.

I was gonna call it TacomaWorld Area Team but that spells something bannable I suppose

 

When I was looking to buy, I saw much nicer houses in Southern PA for the money, but the taxes were easily double of a comparable house in meery-lund. Once I figured the escrow into the payments, the houses were out of my range. The more rural areas of Harford county are nice, it's just tough to find a slice of heaven around there.

 

At this point i'd take a slice of purgatory.

 

TW has no tolerance of political talk, which I personally find repressive, ( but understand it to a degree) but one thing that is undeniable about merh-lund, it's a very divided state. If you look at a blue/red map, anyone can see the the mass population areas and up and down the I-95 corridor are blue , once you get a few miles away from that madness, it turns red very quickly.

 

Is that a good Wow, like Wow, I pulled some hairs out of my nose and now I can breathe better, or, a bad Wow, like, Wow I pulled some hairs out of my nose and it made me cry!

Good evening peeps. I got the brakes changed over on the 'runner. I only went for a loop around the 'hood, I will get a proper test drive tomorrow morning. I couldn't believe at how bad the brakes were considering I just changed rotors and pads last July. I only had around 10K miles on everything. The pads were just about down to the wear indicators and cracked clean through, the rotors were torched into shades of "straw" and "blue", those things got HOT multiple times. The big Tundra calipers barely squeezed inside of the Limited 5 star wheels, it won't take much of a pebble to wedged in there and cause a headache.

Thanks to Dave and Brian and anyone else that chimed in about doing the upgrade conversion.

 

I think it's on the sides of the boxes from the manufacturer now.

Not considered illegal if used in the commission of any crime.

The town of Bel Air is very nice. Lower on the crime scale, and great schools. In general, it will draw nicer neighbors. The Woodside area is older and right on the outskirts, as you said, north northwest. It would be a great choice.

 

Thank you! I think we'll make an offer. It's not a perfect place - backs to US1 there; but not directly - uphill and through woods. But it's a mature neighborhood with lots of trees and most homes on the street view look kept-up. Makes for a solid rental property if I take a 3-5 year tour to Italy in the next 2-3 years, too. Will keep y'all posted. Thanks again!

 

When we moved up the price was $28 a month for pickup. Twice a week. With a separate day for recycling. One can each, unless you wanted more. For more money of course.

We take a load to the dump for $7 about every 6 weeks. It's a highlight for Phoenix. LOL
